About Kooks Catted H-Pipes

Kooks Stainless Steel H-Pipes with high-flow catalytic converters offer the perfect compliment for 2011-2014 Mustang GTs equipped with Kooks Long Tube Headers – a combination that is sure to raise the horsepower and torque on your ride. This particular H-Pipe is designed with a 3″ inlet specific to Kooks legendary Long Tube Headers; the 2-3/4″ outlet is designed to work with your factory or aftermarket cat-back system.

Design

Kooks utilizes T304 aircraft grade stainless steel in all of their products with all tubing being mandrel bent to ensure the highest quality product possible. Every Kooks system is designed as a direct bolt-on with no cutting, welding, or modification necessary. Kooks takes advantage of industry leading technology to design every exhaust system they produce, with each exhaust system created specifically for a particular vehicle and engine.

Kooks Catted H-Pipes utilize standard high flow 400 cell count catalytic converters, double the cell count of most manufacturers. Due to the high cell count over traditional high-flow cats, Kooks catalytic converters are less likely to cause emissions issues with your Mustang’s computer – avoiding that potential check engine light headache.

Ultimately, Kooks Catted H-Pipe will give your GT greater performance, a deeper tone, and a simple bolt-on installation.

Finish

The Kooks H-Pipes have a natural stainless steel finish and do not have a heat resistive coating.

Will it Fit?

The 3″ Catted H-Pipe is designed to fit all 5.0L 2011-2014 Mustang GTs equipped with Kooks Long Tube Headers. The H-Pipe features a 2-3/4″ outlet which works with stock cat-back exhaust systems along with most aftermarket systems.
