OUR RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as custom illustrated One-of-One banners are non returnable, however, they can be refundable or replaceable on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@theAmericanRenegade.com for details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products such as Wheels, Diffusers, Engine Parts, Drivetrain Parts, Exterior Appearance Parts, and Exhaust should be test fitted to ensure proper fit before installation. Parts that have been installed are non-refundable.
Once your wheels have been mounted, they cannot be returned!

American Renegade reserves the right to change or amend our return policy at any time.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We DO NOT cover the costs of installation on returned products
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@theAmericanRenegade.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theAmericanRenegade.com to get the exchange process started. We will provide a shipping method at no cost to you to return the defective, incorrect or damaged product. If the original defective product is not returned within 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the replacement product that was sent.
American Renegade DOES NOT accept returns on products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect if they have been used or installed. Inspect all orders carefully for damage and defects and contact us at info@theAmericanRenegade.com if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Non Returnable Products
American Renegade does not accept returns on the following products:
- Custom Illustrated (“one-of-one”) Garage Banners
All unauthorized returns or exchanges may face delays in processing the return or exchange. Please email us at info@theAmericanRenegade.com to initiate a return or exchange BEFORE shipping the product back us.
To return a Illustrated Garage Banner product, you should mail your product to: 301 Clearview Drive, Pleasant Hill, MO, 64080, United States.
Wheels and Diffusers should be shipped back to the original manufacturer before we issue a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we shipped the wrong product or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning a product that is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer agrees to pay all shipping and insurance costs and assumes all risk of loss for returned shipments.
